Reflecting on Term 3

The term began with the Ballet stream performing Coppélia, delighting both cast and audience alike. This time of year is always busy, with Eisteddfods, tennis tournaments, and preparations for the High Performance Season.

Naturally, the HSC Trials and Practical Examinations were a major focus for our Year 12 students and academic staff.

As we began the term with performances, we also ended it with showcases from all Performing Arts students, culminating in the recognition of our Year 12 cohort during Graduation celebrations.

The NIDA performances were spectacular, with every stream excelling and delivering one magical moment after another. Congratulations to staff and students alike.

Our Senior Tennis Boys won the NSW State Schools Team Championships, placing them at the top of the state. Congratulations to the team and their coaches on this outstanding achievement.

Graduation celebrations included a trip to Jamberoo, a breakfast with family and friends catered by our College staff, the Graduation Assembly, our traditional arch formed by all students, the cutting of the cake, a lunch hosted by Year 11 for their Year 12 peers, and finally, the Graduation Ball on Sunday, September 28.

We return to Term 4 on Monday, October 14. Students should wear their summer uniform — details are available in the College Diary.
