100th Anniversary of the Ann McDonald College of Dancing
To celebrate the centenary of our ‘parent’ College, the Ann McDonald College of Dancing, we are delighted to host a Family Social Dance in the Fraser Auditorium on Saturday 23 May, 6.30pm – 10.00pm.
This special evening will be a chance for our community of families, friends, staff and alumni to come together on the dance floor. It promises to be a joyful night of fun and connection, with food and drinks available for purchase throughout the evening.
In the lead-up to the event, students in Years 3–10 will be learning a selection of social dances, while our K–2 students will be preparing a lively Salsa routine.
For adults keen to brush up on their steps (or learn something new), we will be offering four weeks of social dance classes at the beginning of Term 2, with each class focusing on a different dance style.
Classes for parents, carers and former students

Classes for staff members and any interested adults
Tuesdays, 21 and 28 April + 5 and 12 May

Our classes will be led by Natalie Kuti, who will guide you through the steps in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No partner is required — simply come along ready to move, laugh and enjoy learning something new that you can confidently try out at the 23 May celebration.
On the night, guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the 1920s. Think flapper dresses, knickerbockers, strings of pearls and vintage-inspired glamour as we step back in time to honour this special milestone.
